Inspiredu Media & Interview Release

You hereby grant a worldwide, nonexclusive, perpetual, and irrevocable, right, and license to Inspiredu (“Inspiredu”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and our contractors, service providers, partners, and affiliates (collectively, the “Company”) to use your name, image, likeness, voice, video, personal characteristics, and any story or interview you submit (collectively, “Likeness”), and to display, publicly perform, exhibit, transmit, broadcast, stream, reproduce, post to social media and other websites, digitize, modify, alter, edit, adapt, summarize, translate, license, create derivative works, and otherwise use, and permit others to use, the Likeness, and all materials created by us or on our behalf that incorporate any of the foregoing (including, but not limited to, photographs and audio/video recordings we may make of you) (collectively, “Materials”) for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to, marketing, advertising, promotion, and other commercial and business purposes. We may alter your image (e.g., change the aspect ratio, crop unneeded areas, etc., but we will not alter it in any disparaging manner.)

We shall be the exclusive owner of all rights in the Materials. You agree to and do hereby irrevocably transfer, assign, and convey to us your entire right, title, and interest, if any, in and to the Materials and all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Materials arising in any jurisdiction throughout the universe in perpetuity, including all registration, renewal, and reversion rights, and the right to sue to enforce such copyrights against infringers. You acknowledge and agree that you have no right to review or approve Materials before they are used, and that Company has no liability to you for any editing or alteration of the Materials or for any distortion or other effects resulting from editing, alteration, or use of the Materials, or the presentation of you. We have no obligation to create or use the Materials or to exercise any rights given by this Agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby irrevocably release Company from, and waive all legal and equitable rights relating to, all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, and expenses, or any similar claim or cause of action in tort, contract, or any other legal theory, now or hereafter known in any jurisdiction throughout the world (collectively, “Claims”), arising directly or indirectly from our exercise of our rights under this Agreement. You hereby irrevocably waive, and covenant not to assert, any and all moral rights in connection with your Likeness or the Materials.
