Mike McArdle
Mike McArdle is the Regional Senior Vice President of Comcast’s Big South Region. He oversees operations and growth across South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Louisiana, serving more than three million residential and business customers. He leads a team of over 2,900 employees committed to delivering innovative, reliable products and outstanding customer service.
In 2024, under Mike’s leadership, the region generated more than $5 billion in revenue and added over 190,000 new passings. These efforts support Comcast’s mission to expand digital access. Mike has led initiatives such as Comcast Lift Zones, which help students and families connect to technology and build digital skills.
Mike is focused on building engaged, high-performing teams. He has driven efforts to improve collaboration, strengthen team dynamics, and foster a culture of excellence that delivers strong results for both customers and the business.
Before his current role, Mike led National Customer Care for Comcast, managing more than 14,000 employees and partners. He played a key role in transforming customer experience strategies by using technology and data to improve loyalty and operational performance. Since joining Comcast in 1996, he has built a reputation for driving innovation and results.
Mike lives in Acworth, Georgia, with his wife and three sons. He enjoys traveling, exploring new culinary experiences, listening to music, and staying active outdoors.
Amed Vaquer Fernandez
Amed Vaquer Fernandez, is the VP, Digital Workplace – Dexterity & Adoption Lead at Truist Financial, where he drives adoption of Microsoft 365, digital transformation, and collaboration strategies that empower teammates to work smarter and more effectively. With over a decade of experience in technology enablement, communications, and change management, Amed has led initiatives that blend innovation with purpose to enhance teammate engagement and digital dexterity across the enterprise.
Beyond his professional role, Amed is deeply committed to community service and digital equity. He serves on the Executive Board of Inspiredu, bringing his expertise and passion for bridging the digital divide to support Inspiredu’s mission of helping families and children gain access to the tools and skills they need to thrive in a connected world. Amed is proud to represent Truist in this work and to continue building better lives and communities through technology and education.
Spencer Cagle
Spencer Cagle is the VP of Consulting Services and Solutioning at ivision. In his role, he is the owner of the consulting organization along with the solution architect function at ivision. He has also served in other leadership roles at ivision including VP of Solution Sales, owning the sales revenue function for the organization and responsible for the team within the sales org to include all field sellers, renewals team, inside sales, and key technical sales leaders.
Spencer joined ivision in 2013 as a technical architect and managed the solution architect team prior to his current role. His mix of both business and technical acumen along with 20 years of industry experience has helped propel ivision to consistent growth in his time at the company.
Spencer attended Virginia Tech, graduating with degrees in Information Technology and Marketing and completed his MBA at Georgia Tech. He currently lives in Atlanta, GA with his wife and four children and also serves as an elder at Kairos Church.
